YEAH!!! We're busy and L O V I N' it! Thank you to all of our clients, this year has really started off great here at HK Creations!

Currently we are working on a few projects including web design, using our famous Blu templates and making them even more amazing! We are in the process of a winery site and are contracted out to do two more sites by May! This is SO exciting!

Why should a logo cost more than your lunch?

A logo is the very first impression people get of your company -
Before a potential client even walks through your door, your logo is a representation of your company. It can make a company appear large, small (whether it really is or not) fun, serious, professional…
A logo needs longevity
Once a logo is designed it will represent your company for many years.
A logo needs to be original
A logo should be designed specifically for your company. A cheap “generic logo” may not reflect your company’s values. A cheap logo may also use clip art which could end up being used by another company.
A logo should look professional
You wouldn’t take a potential new client to Mac Donalds for lunch, in effect this is what is being done with a cheap logo. A logo should give your company a professional image, appropriate to its needs.
A logo should reflect the time and thought gone in to designing it
One of the problems here is that people don’t always realise the amount work that goes into a professionally designed logo:
The research - even if the budget is quite small I would expect at the very least to find out who the company’s main competitors are and how they present themselves
The brainstorming of ideas
The rough sketches
The 4 or 5 logo options worked up on the computer
The amends, tweaking and further amends

A logo is the starting point of your whole corporate image

Q) What are your custom logo prices?

A) Please check out the web site for the most current logo packages and pricing.

Q) How long is the turn around time for a logo?

A) Custom logo's are just that, "custom". A new custom logo can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to complete. There are a lot of determining factors when it comes to a custom logo. Currently HK Creations has a 3-4 week waiting list. Once a payment is received for your logo you will be advised as to when your logo will be started.

Q) What is the best way to contact HK Creations?

A) E-Mail is the best way to contact us! heidi@heidikrugercreations.com

Q) I want a warehouse logo, how do I buy it?

A) Use the "Buy It Now" button of the blog. Once your payment clears with PayPal.com we will take your logo off the blog.

Q) Can you recommend a place for printing business cards and other materials?

A) Currently we recommend WHCC for business cards, ti-folds, folded and flat cards. Another great place for business cards plus letterhead, envelopes and more is Overnightprints.com

Q) Web Design... I have a Blu site and would like to customize it, can you help me?

A) YES! we love working with Blu sites and have helped many photographers customize their blu sites. We can design something for you and help you upload fast-loading, quality photographs without the slow downloading time. Please send us and e-mail BEFORE you buy your Blu site and we'll help you from start to finish!! Design is what we do best!

Q) I want to purchase templates but I do not see the option to buy the ones I want?

A) Sometimes our older collections are not on the purchase page. If you see a collection you want but do not see where to buy it simply go directly to www.paypal.com, use our e-mail address as the payee (heidi@heidikrugercreations.com) and make a payment for the listed template price. In the notes section, tell us what your purchase is for, it's super simple! :)

Many of you know that I live in San Diego County, more specifically, Del Dios, which is in the county of San Diego in Southwest area of Escondido. I live very close to Lake Hodges, if you saw the information about Lake Hodges, Rancho Santa Fe and Del Dios areas that were affected by the Witch Fire, that was me!!

My family and I were evacuated from our home on Monday morning very early... we were actually sleeping and had no idea that the fire was SO CLOSE!

My husband returned home on Thursday to see if and what the damage was. To our good fortune we still have a home and not much damage! We are so lucky! Besides a destroyed yard, hazardous air quality and being in another state we are doing well and hope to be back to our normal lives/routine by Monday.

I will be returning home with my children on Sunday. We did not feel comfortable being in our area with the bad air quality and two very young children who need to go outside and play. We are happily staying in Flagstaff Arizona until the weekend. Great air and good friends, what more could we ask for?

We are all safe, our dogs too! Our neighbors are in good shape too, thank goodness!

If I have a contract out with you right now I will be in touch no later than Monday evening and I appreciate your patience and understanding during this past week.

Just finished up these wedding invitations for a client. WOW! They look beautiful.
These are printed on Pearl Paper, with the uv coating on both sides. RSVP card was a simple post card. Colors were from the brides bouquet (off a picture that was sent to me). Love the poems that were added to the side, inside the tri-fold. VERY NICE! :)
